Enter the Picture

Ask for a volunteer or assign one. The facilitator announces the role that this person must play for about 2 minutes. The person can improvise dialogue and scenario while in character. Then, after 2 minutes, the facilitator will call on another volunteer or participant to enter the picture. The facilitator assigns the role (which includes a problem situation). Now the two characters have to interact impromptu for 2 minutes and try to resolve the conflict. After 2 minutes, the first character can exit the scene. The facilitator calls on another volunteer or participant to enter the picture to interact with the second character. And so on.
